Oh, I'm sorry I haven't posted in a while!
The cats haven't been really doing anything out of the ordinary :p

But the day before yesterday we moved the wardrobe in our bedroom, and suddenly the cats decided it was the most epic thing on the planet.

Toufkin and Paws went in there, too.
They messed up all the clothes...

I'll try and post more regularly from now on.

A couple of days ago, Toufkin thought it would be absolutely brilliant if he jumped into a precariously positioned cardboard box.
He looks so pleased with himself, doesn't he?
And yes, that's my sister you can see vaguely in the background.

When he jumped out of the box, though, it fell onto the floor.

I made this toy for the cats. It's just two feathers tied onto a bit of string, tied onto a tree, but they think it's amazing!

Paws can jump pretty high...

Paws was the first one to use it, then Toufkin (at night, so I didn't get a photo), then Humbug...

Pity these two photos aren't in focus - Humbug looks so deranged in them both!

Haha!

Then, me and my sister were carting some stuff around in the wheelbarrow, and we took Houm for a ride...
...he thought it was pretty cool. Treacle used to really love going in the wheelbarrow.

Here's a photo of Tabby.
Cute cat. He's very shy of us - he lets you come within about a foot of him then he bolts.

Here's a random photo of Humbug.

Just two things to say in this post.
Firstly, I've updated the The Cats page, which now shows a bit more information on a few more cats.

I like Swirl <3 she's cute!!

And the other thing is that Toufkin has developed an unfortunate disease called tree-killing mania.

That doesn't show the worst of it. He curls himself around the tree, grabs the trunk in his front paws and then proceeds to kick and scratch it violently with his (very strong) back legs. Poor tree.

That specific tree is an Indian Lilac...when we first came here, its trunk was all smooth.
Now, if you feel it, it's all rough and scratchy and full of long claw marks.
*sigh*

Feathers

Last time me and my sister went on a walk, we found some pigeon feathers.
I brought 5 back (which was odd as I thought I only brought 4) and gave one each to the cats.

Humbug thought his was amazing and immediately started killing it.
Sorry, it looks like he's hugging it there. Well, he wasn't.
 Juggling with it...
...shredding it...

And, later, curled up with Touf.
Ahh, the cuteness of a cat.

Here's Toufkin, wandering around in the garden.

Paws, wriggling around in the earth underneath the swing (which is just a stick on the end of a rope tied to a tree).

And Samy. She was in one of her frisky moods (that's when she gallops all over the sitting room, claws out, skidding on the floor, attacking the arm chair and messing up the rug).
 Smelling a flower, eh?
Cute.

Toufkin likes to sleep in weird places.
For example, a few days ago, my sister left her dress on the armchair.
Somehow, Touf managed to wriggle inside the dress! He slept there for quite a while, but it was just as I was going to get my camera that he jumped out.
Another place he likes to sleep is on my sister's back, when she's asleep in bed.
Or on her tummy, for that matter.
Sometimes he sleeps there all night!

Otherswise, he just squeezes into little nooks and crannies.
A cute cushion cave ^.^

And here's a random photo of Humbug...make that a sequence of photos.

Ahh, he's so fluffy <3

Paws and Samy

I posted on Toufkin and Humbug in my last post - now it's the girls' turn!

Paws was hyper earlier. Dashing around the garden with her tail hooked like a candy cane (which means the cat's excited) and running up trees.

She's a cute cat ^.^ right now she's eating the remainder of her breakfast...

Did I mention that she likes chasing - and eating and attacking - string?
And, when it comes to that, poor, innocent plants?
Poor plant. What did it do to deserve that?

Onto Samy! I'm afraid Humbug's going to steal some of the show, though.
They're so cute when they sleep together!
And earlier, Samy and Humbug were licking eachother <3

Humbug was waving his head around, all happy.

Sometimes they sit on the stairs and mew at each other...before attacking.
You wouldn't think they could be horribly vicious, would you?
Good, because they're not.
Ahh, the cuteness of cats.

Humbug and Toufkin

Here are some photos - and antics - of Humbug and Toufkin!

Humbug is always doing one of two things - either sleeping in stupid positions or running around frantically, super hyper.
These ones are all going to be sleep-orientated, I'm afraid.

He is so WEIRD!
Imagine sleeping like that...hehe.

But he is adorable. You can't deny it. EVER.

He likes sleeping with Toufkin...

Sweet ^.^

I'll try and post some photos of the other two, next time :)

Bye for now!
